A Heart of Gold - and Champion Producer
Nan's Catch is the best filly we ever trained, and she had a heart of gold. She won almost everything as a 2 & 3 year old - the Hambletonian Oaks, the World Trotting Derby, Breeders Crown etc. After her outstanding career on the racecourse she has continued her career as a broodmare in a similar fashion, having produced the great Moni Maker, 3, 1:54.1 - $750,000+ and sporting a 19 out of 20 record in 1996, as well as Awesome Goal, 2, 1:57.2 now a stallion in Austria. |
